Once we secure quotes from carriers, we prepare a detailed proposal and side-by-side comparison for quotes received to review in detail with our client. As coverage varies greatly between carriers, we will undertake a thorough review of each policy form in order to advise the client on the coverage considerations relating to the exposures of the firm. This is a critical component in the decision making process as an uncovered claim can be devastating to a client. In addition to pricing considerations, it is imperative that the client make an informed decision on their E&O program based on a careful review of coverage afforded in the policy.
